He has begun his artistic career as light designer in special and live music events, collaborating with Brian Eno, John Cage and Jean-Jacques Lebel. Next he has worked as director of photography for television stations and for authors and directors, including Luca Ronconi. Since 1999 he has started directing short and clip films.
