Lee Kazimir decided to take literally the advice of Werner Herzog, who said that would-be filmmakers could learn about cinema by "walking alone for 5000 kilometers, let's say from Madrid to Kiev." Kazimir does exactly that, walking for six months and through seven countries with a camera in hand, learning his most valuable lessons from the hilarious people he meets on the road.
Lee Kazimir was born in 1982 and grew up in Chicago. In his late teens he discovered the challenges and freedoms of travelling without shelter. He later matched this with his long nourished interest in film to create More Shoes.
