Sarà fsN a comunicare MIFF Awards 2013 dedicando al Cavallo di Leonardo e al festival di Milano una sezione dedicata.

Ultimo numero di MIFF News! La neonata pubblicazione online filmsocietyNEWS di cinema, spettacolo e cultura, coprirà le MIFF News dando spazio al MIFF sulla propria pagina home con una sezione dedicata a tutte le notizie del Cavallo di Leonardo e MIFF Awards.
 
Con sede a Milano, a Los Angeles e con vari corrispondenti internazionali, la rivista, curata da Anna Kim e da uno staff di giovani autori, giornalisti e filmmaker da tutto il mondo, parlerà di cinema, di film da non perdere e di notizie globali. Lo stile, con articoli brevi e di facile lettura, si predispone per la lettura veloce delle newsletter che verranno inviate free ogni 15 giorni ai suoi abbonati. Oltre alle sezioni istituzionali (Film, Televisione, People, Festival e Award, Lifestyle e Cultura, Speciali), la pubblicazione ha una sezione Green per allinearsi con il tema di Expo 2015, e una sezione completamente dedicata alle notizie relative al Cavallo di Leonardo, ai suoi filmmakers e a tutti i tipi di informazioni dirette o indirette su MIFF Awards

The last issue of MIFF News! The newly-launched filmsocietyNEWS, an online publication covering film, entertainment and culture, will be featuring a MIFF section on its homepage dedicated soley for news related to Leonardo’s Horse and MIFF Awards.
 
filmsocietyNEWS, headquartered in Milan and in Los Angeles, but with correspondents in other international cities around the world, will focus on news and opinions on topics relevant to film on a global scale. Edited by Anna Kim and contributed by young writers, journalists and filmmakers, the magazine will feature articles written in a style that is straightforward and concise. FSN newsletter, highlighting a small batch of recent articles, will be sent out bimonthly to subscribers.
 
In addition to the 6 main categories (Film, TV, People, Festivals & Awards, Lifestyle & Culture, Special), FSN will also host 2 special sections: (1) “Green Spot,” focusing on pro-sustainability and environmental consciousness, as an alignment to Expo 2015 in Milan; (2) MIFF Awards section featuring news related to the event, MIFF films and filmmakers.

Dopo il Cavallo di Leonardo, debutto cinematografico per Alex e un nuovo film per Antonella.

L’11 aprile segnerà il debutto cinematografico e una prima in sala per due affezionati del MIFF Awards, volti noti della televisione italiana: Alex Belli e Antonella Salvucci.
 
Fresco del Cavallo di Leonardo come Miglior Interpretazione Maschile TV nel 2012, Alex Belli si appresta a conquistare il pubblico del grande schermo con una commedia “drammaticamente divertente”: Un’insolita vendemmia. Insieme ad altri membri del cast di Centovetrine, Belli porta in scena la storia di un gruppo di attori di soap opera che affrontano la possibile chiusura del serial in cui lavorano. Una vicenda vicina all’esperienza realmente vissuta dagli attori nel momento in cui la soap sembrava destinata a essere sospesa.

Di ben altri toni invece il film che vede coinvolta Antonella Salvucci, già presentatrice del MIFF nell’edizione 2011: si tratta infatti di Midway: tra la Vita e la Morte, ambizioso horror diretto da John Real, già Globo d’oro come regista rivelazione, in cui la Salvucci interpreta il ruolo di Veronica, che si ritroverà ad affrontare fenomeni paranormali durante un weekend di villeggiatura in un bosco.
 
Insomma due esordi molto differenti ma che sicuramente porteranno a questi due giovani attori nuovi successi anche al cinema!

April 11 will mark the film debut of two of the MIFF celebrated faces of Italian TV: Alex Belli and Antonella Salvucci.
 
Fresh from being named Leonardo's Horse winner as Best Actor TV in 2012, Alex Belli is preparing to wow the audiences on the big screen with a comedy that is "dramatically fun," called "Un’insolita vendemmia." Along with other cast members of Centovetrine , Belli brings the story of a group of soap actors facing the possible cancellation of their show. This film depicts the real-life experiences by the cast when the soap opera seemed destined for closure.
 
On the other hand, the film starring Antonella Salvucci, former presenter at MIFF 2011, is  "Midway: Between Life and Death," an ambitious horror flick directed by Golden Globe -winning John Real. Salvucci plays Veronica who is confronted with paranormal phenomena during a holiday weekend in the woods.
 
So two very different beginnings but both are sure to lead these two young actors to new successes in the world of cinema!
