Terms and Conditions

#A - Submit your film through Withoutabox.com and provide the following material:
1. One (1) biography either of the Agency, Production Company, Director or Creative Art Director biography (keep it short).
2. A still photo from the production or from the film.
3. A logo of the company advertised (JPEG format, 300 dpi, about 2x2 inches).
4. 100-words synopsis of the film.
5. A statement by the Producer entity (possibly the same of the biography above) and, optional, 100-words story of struggle and “fights” it took to make the film.
6. ENTRY FEE:
•Corporate - $ 300, by January 31, 2010 ($ 500, by February 27, 2010)
•Trade - $ 150, by January 31, 2010 ($ 250, by February 27, 2010)
•"Haute Couture Cinema"- $ 35, by December 31, 2009 ($ 65, by February 27, 2010)

(Additional material other than indicated may be required if the entry is selected for a Leonardo's Horse MIFF Award Nomination)

#B - Mail to MIFF Awards office the following material*:
1. Two (2) clearly labeled DVD copies of the film (with a QuickTime.MOV format 720x576 and a MPEG format of the film) with WAB code, company name advertised and category of submission (to avoid delay or cancellation, please make sure the disc is working properly and is in the uncoded -ALL REGIONS- standard format to be played Worldwide).

MIFF Awards 2010 accepts TRADE films completed after January 1, 2008. Please note that: if films have never been shown in Italy - not even at other festivals or events - and so it will be an Italian premiere, the date of completion does not matter anymore. To apply a CORPORATE film there is no completion date requirement.
